Matcha

Matcha is a finely ground powder made from specially grown and processed green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis). While it shares its origins with traditional green tea, matcha is unique in both its cultivation and its preparation, resulting in a vibrant, "electric" green colour and a rich, complex flavour profile.
